Turk.
I have a Mac desktop, willing to upgrade it to the latest OSX 10.9.2. Current OSX I used is I think Snow Leopard. Internet connection is too slow at home to upgrade thru apple store. Is there any D/L link apart from apple store so that I can download it at library and do fresh install at home thru USB etc. I am a PC, windows guy, do not know much about Apple, Mac, OS. :) Thank You. Raa
You can go to a local Apple Store and they'll let you download (if not supply you with) a copy. Turk. 1 Share

I actually thought there should be some place to download it that I do not know. I found a link on TPB which is already dead w/o seeder.
Raa
I haven't done it myself, but I think you'd need to at least verify your Apple ID (as the purchase locks to that account). Turk. 1 Share
Sikh
The apple store won't care since mavericks is free. Just make a genius appt and take it in, leave a comment saying "i would like to get mavericks installed on my system because I can't download it at home" and they will take care of it you.
