Processor Package Type : Slot 1 Any speed should work Pentium III Upgradeability : Must be 100 MHz bus speed Celeron Upgradability : Any should work Front Side Bus Overclockable Through Software : Yes (to 103 or 124 MHz) RAM Type :PC100 SDRAM i got the celeron 900Mhz for that old Mb above, and when i got it in the slocket and put it in the machine with ram, Hd, vid card, floppy it doesnt boot, well all the lights go on on the devices and the hd does its boot thingy, the proc fan runs as well but nothing comes up on the monitor, only when it turns off there is a quick flash of blue that comes over the monitor ive tried setting the slocket at auto and also at 100mhz, the monitor thing only happens on 100mhz, otherwise nothing at all shows up? ive tried setting the cmos and bios back to defaults and to biosconfig mode, but still nothing any ideas? p.s. i only have the ram for a day or so, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
