The reporter clearly states that the cameras are infra-red and emit no light. Yet the images of them suggest the exact opposite. They quite clearly have an array of LEDs above the lens. The LEDs are likely infra-red, and thus it does emit light. The images of the two 'lights' and the odd shape are almost certainly reflections in the cameras lens. The two lights are from the deer's eyes. Anyone who has looked at most animals head on will have seen that their eyes 'light up' when they are looking towards a light.

Personally I've come to realize that in the infinite vastness of space, it would be very conceited to think that we are the only intelligent life in existence.  Whether or not we have actually been visited by intelligent life is another story.  I think we have at least in the past, and it probably motivated some of the bible stories about people ascending into heaven or riding off in chariots of fire, etc.  Whether these "lights" are a spacecraft or not is another issue entirely.  If I had to guess, it's some kind of refraction of the IR light off the deer's eyes.

One day when Earth is finally taken over by the aliens, then those people would go, "now that is the real aliens."

Aliens are not really 'taking over'.

Most are just observing.

Some are actually humans from the Future -- trying to influnce humans of the Past, in positive ways. ;)

Please.

Nobody is taking this as news other than Hum.

It was on the ABC News website.

I never claimed the UK media didn't report UFO sightings, my criticism was about the way in which it was reported. Even the article by the Daily Mail article?an organisation widely criticised here in the UK and comparable to the United States' Fox News?actually highlights that the video is probably fake, as it was filmed from a company specialising in special effects.

In this case there was no attempt made to analyse what could cause the lights in the photos, no consultation with photography experts, no attempt to recreate the circumstances, etc. Reporters shouldn't be sent out to everybody that takes an unusual photo. It isn't newsworthy and serves only to misinform viewers. I stand by my original sentiment.

Hum, thank you for trying to help us humans in the past. Some of us do appreciate it

You never said those in your earlier post. You said was Americans have warped sense of reality because their Mainstream News reports UFO's. Generally if you're going to belittle somebody in this way you need to make sure your own News companies aren't broadcasting "this sort of nonsense".

i loved how in one video of this, the news reader says 'How are they illuminated? the camera is Infra Red!!??' lol

they had a 30 minute video, not hard to upload the whole thing if it was that compelling, all farms and fields like that have road access. otherwise how the hell do they get feed to their animals? carry it? or get the animals to and from there.

it's just car head lights, the darkness does not show the horizon so it looks like it's floating in the air.

The deer is looking at it, how is it possible deer eye reflection?

I think it's hovering in the air, not appearing to be a truck light. But creepy because the prior picture even shows something ghostly in the photo!!!

I believe this is an UFO or something supernatural for sure!

The 'ghostly' thing is almost certainly a drop of water on the lens.

The deer is looking at it, how is it possible deer eye reflection?

The light reflects off the back of the deers eye, and reflects inside the camera lens system. It's a similar phenomena to when you point a camera towards the sun and get those 'solar flare' highlights.

There isn't a single thing in those images that even remotely requires invoking UFOs or the supernatural.

    • Ninja Theory's new Hellblade game is action-focused and set in Purgatory by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Ninja Thery has been building its award-winning Hellblade series since 2017, delivering Senua's Sacrifice and Senua's Saga since then. Today at the 2026 Xbox Games Showcase, the studio had a brand-new installment announcement featuring Senua again, but this time, she is in a version of purgatory, and the focus is on the action. Simply named Senua, this new entry is described as a "full-on action-adventure" experience, delivering an expanded focus on combat, puzzle-solving, and freedom of exploration. The developer says that it is keeping the same high production values and storytelling features of the previous games while giving what players have been asking for in the gameplay department. The entirety of Ninja Theory is now working on Senua, giving the project much more manpower than ever before, while also letting the team draw on its action roots from Devil May Cry and prior titles. However, the studio also confirmed that its previously announced Project Mara horror experience is no longer in development. Alongside snappier traversal moves, Senua will be able to take stealth and direct combat routes. She has access to her own sword, plus any enemy weapons as well, with dual wielding also being an option for most dropped melee swords, axes, and other weapons. Outside of melee combat, Senua will be able to use special abilities that let her alter the reality around her. The world is said to be about twice the size of Hellblade 2. While this won't be an open-world experience, the linear story will let players explore their surroundings further than before. The story of Senua will be set after the events of previous Hellblade titles, with our protagonist being stuck in her own version of Purgatory. The series' well-explored psychosis themes will return as well. "She’s trapped between life and death on a quest to reach the afterlife and be reunited with the ones that she’s loved and lost," adds the studio. "Her belief is that by healing the wounds of her life, she can find the peace that is the key that unlocks the gate to the afterlife." Senua is releasing on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation 5 sometime in 2027.
    • Windows has had it, it's called camera frame server. I recall when it was first introduced in an early Windows 10 release it caused issues and there was a registry entry to disable it. Seems like they disabled it by default at some point. Windows 11 brought that toggle to the settings app (not just registry) a while ago.
    • You didn't like Mafia The Definite Edition? As a fan of the first when it came out, I liked that remake.
