Hah so for anyone keeping track.... even the prices on the accessories are outrageous.

$50 for a protective pouch. (It's a bag with a string)

$75 for a protective case (it's one of those soft camera cases with a zipper)

$75 for a clear shield that you can use instead of tinted lenses or perscription (piece of plastic worth .07 cents.)

$85 for stereo earbuds (umm ok)

Yikes!  I think we can start using the term "Google tax".

Probably just the preview/early access price for those who want it now and want to test it.  I doubt these will be the prices after it is released to the general public.  No way anything will sell if so.

No. don't have the extra $1500 to spend. IRS took it a few months ago.But will wait until pricing goes down and perhaps then.

Give me a left eyed version, then we'll negotiate a nice price!

i never actually though of that... sitting here thinking if i had one, i would actually agree with you... imagining it being in my right eye seems in-the-way.... left eye for sure

Hopefully the production version will be in left & right side versions, or switchable. I can't use anything audio-related on my right side, since I'm hard of hearing on that side.

Right-handed, but left-eared. :)
