fp3226 Posted September 1, 2001 Share Posted September 1, 2001 I installed the new TweakUI.exe from the XP Powertoys... looking around, I don't see the option to change the Windows default of pre-fixing "Shortcut to" to shortcuts. This used to be an option in the old control panel style TweakUIs... what happend to it? Do I now need to install the old TweakUI just to get to this? Or is there a registry that I could just modify? khaos34 Posted September 1, 2001 Share Posted September 1, 2001 hey dude wussup =p the option is there, cuz! just head on over to the explorer menu on the left, not the shortcut sub-menu uinder the explorer menu... scroll down on the right-hand sign, and click the option to remove the "shortcut to" prefix! that's it!
