Steve
....Jus picked up this. Nagara browser which i believe uses Safari's rendering engine. From http://Macintosh.fryke.com or direct link via http://macintosh.fryke.com/cgi-bin/macnews...20031208_nagara Its a full screen browser with a few nicities to it. Its actually quite nice, but, i figure pictures speak louder that words: The attached screenshot shows it NOT active, it falls below the Finder desktop in the Z Axis, so isn't clickable, unless u switch apps, back to Nagara. You can custom set the alpha, which is nice. a Full 1280*1024 shot of it, active is linked: http://www.aovh17.dsl.pipex.com/hosted/neowin/nagara_a.jpg ...just figured some people might be interested in having a play... :D Edit: While creating this post, i realised how i COULDN'T attach the screenshot, so thats deffo one drawback. Wickedkitten Veteran Posted December 10, 2003 Veteran Share Posted December 10, 2003 Does Saft let you set it as your desktop, though? no, does Nagara let you use Type Ahead in Safari though :p I don't actually need to set the browser as my desktop and when I do I just use WebDesktop since you can actually set it to be your desktop instead of just a transparent overlay

Steve
Can anyone show me Saft, i am curious!... I probably won't end up using either, because the whole FULL screen thing tends 2 seem pointless to me!

Steve
theres the pref panel I see, interesting... Is it freeware, I take it, its more a plugin for Safari, as opposed to a seperate App like Nagara..?
