Introducing Scalemate 2

I've rebuilt Scalemate from the ground up with a redesigned UI to match Windows 10, complete with aero glass-like translucency and plenty of playful, meaningful animations.

New features for Scalemate 2 includes:

  • Revamped UI complete with edge to edge images
  • Full resizing of the window, you're no longer limited to a small window
  • You can now import an entire folder into Scalemate with a click of a button
  • Windows 10 enhancements (Notification support)
  • Better handling of transparent images
  • Far far faster, no more window freezing when saving (I've found that in most cases it's 2 to 3 times faster)
  • Image count visible once you have over 30 images

Thanks,

Jan

    • Not on by default, but I did have the TPM enabled in the VM.
    • QOwnNotes 25.7.4 by Razvan Serea QOwnNotes is a open source (GPL) plain-text file notepad with markdown support and todo list manager for GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and Windows, that (optionally) works together with the notes application of ownCloud (or Nextcloud). So you are able to write down your thoughts with QOwnNotes and edit or search for them later from your mobile device (like with CloudNotes) or the ownCloud web-service. The notes are stored as plain text files and you can sync them with your ownCloud sync client. Of course other software, like Dropbox, Syncthing, Seafile or BitTorrent Sync can be used too. Features: the notes folder can be freely chosen (multiple note folders can be used) sub-string searching of notes is possible and search results are highlighted in the notes application can be operated with customizable keyboard shortcuts external changes of note files are watched (notes or note list are reloaded) older versions of your notes can be restored from your ownCloud server trashed notes can be restored from your ownCloud server differences between current note and externally changed note are showed in a dialog markdown highlighting of notes and a markdown preview mode notes are getting their name from the first line of the note text (just like in the ownCloud notes web-application) and the note text files are automatically renamed, if the the first line changes compatible with the notes web-application of ownCloud and mobile ownCloud notes applications compatible with ownCloud's selective sync feature by supporting an unlimited amount of note folders with the ability to choose the respective folder on your server manage your ownCloud todo lists (ownCloud tasks or Tasks Plus / Calendar Plus) or use an other CalDAV server to sync your tasks to encryption of notes (AES-256 is built in or you can use custom encryption methods like Keybase.io (encryption-keybase.qml) or PGP (encryption-pgp.qml)) dark mode theme support theming support for the markdown syntax highlighting all panels can be placed wherever you want, they can even float or stack (fully dockable) support for freedesktop theme icons, you can use QOwnNotes with your native desktop icons and with your favorite dark desktop theme support for hierarchical note tagging and note subfolders support for sharing notes on your ownCloud server portable mode for carrying QOwnNotes around on USB sticks Evernote import QOwnNotes is available in many different languages like English, German, French, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Dutch and Spanish Changes in QOwnNotes 25.7.4: With enabled libgit2 support, the amount of note versions gathered from the local git repository was limited to 100 to prevent performance issues with huge note folders and lots of git commits (for #3296) The drawmode property assignment for the toolbars was removed to fix the warning QTabBar(0x3121e2c0, name="qt_tabwidget_tabbar") does not have a property named "drawbase" on newer Qt versions (for #3319) Download: QOwnNotes 25.7.4 | 62.3 MB (Open Source) Download: QOwnNotes for Other Operating Systems View: QOwnNotes Home Page | Screenshot Get alerted to all of our Software updates on Twitter at @NeowinSoftware
    • - To the first thing. You are obviously too uneducated in bendable screens or screens in general to understand the differences from lightly bendable glass that just bends some few degrees to flexible screens that bends 180 degrees that is a REQUIREMENT for the foldable phones to even work in the first place. - Now for the second thing about removing the screen protector. Did you even bother to look at the date of that post in that link? Back in 2021, the Z Fold was made so you couldn't remove the screen protector without getting issues. This was later fully resolved with the Z Fold3. After that, Samsung have only said they recommend a certified Samsung shop to do the job of putting on a new screen protector to make sure it's done properly. Tons of peoples have removed the screen protectors on Z Fold4, Z Fold5 and Z Fold6 without any issues whatsoever. So, get educated on this before spewing out crap. - For the last thing. I have never had any worries about the inner screen on the Z Folds I have had either, simply because if the inner screen gets scratched, it's just the screen protector that gets scratched and not the actual screen. And yes, the Z Folds the last years have been made so you can remove the screen protector if you like. Lots of peoples have made videos about this on YouTube the last few years.
