It said there was an error with Windows Installer or something like that ... wonder why it didn't work. :( Oh well, will try again in the morning. Thanks for the notice, I usually don't check for Java updates. :)

Hmm, now it says it installed right ... weird. But IE is still using 1.4.2_01. :unsure: Oh well.

Goto your control panel, Java plug-in, advanced, and change the drop box from "Use java plug-in defualt" to the newer version.

Whenever you install a new Java the old one is not uninstalled which leads to more than one JRE on your system.
