The Rundown. A great action adventure flick I feel is under rated or completely forgotten by most.

And it has Christopher Walken in it, which is almost always a plus.

Faster is another movie that features Dwayne Johnson. But I feel is another completely under rated or forgotten movie. Although it's not an adventure movie.

i loved the rundown!      i cannot remember if i have seen Faster or not... but if it is as much fun, i will have to check it out.    too bad it does not have Walken ;)

Hanna and Book of Eli are great movies you might want to look at Man of Fire and Safe house both Denzel Washington films.

Good movies. seen all of them except Safe House.

I like Denzel so I will check it out.   Though I will not call his movies a "adventures"

suprised no one has mentioned anything by sasha grey

Been looking through the films listed on IMDB as adventure and couldn't see anything that stood out. But The Sherlock films are good; http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0988045/ not sure they class as adventure, but worth watching.

The sherlock series from BBC is much better and movie length long :P

yeah...  i love sherlock holmes and (besides reading books and watching a bunch of foreign movies)  my favourite is BBC Sherlock, and Elementary (US version with Dr. Joan Watson played by Lucy Liu)

this Hollywood blockbuster was just so off....   really not sure it deserved the right to use Sherlock Holmes name!      they are decent action movies...  but they are hardly a sherlock holmes adventures!!!!

I gave All Is Lost a view yesterday and was left extremely disappointed. I found it impossible to be sympathetic to a character that finds himself in the middle of an ocean with missing vital equipment, that doesn't protect or does not know how to use the equipment he has. There's also no urgency to his actions when a potential life threatening situation presents itself. An example right at the start: he wakes up with his boat's hull breached and taking water and ends up going back to sleep with the hole still there.

I have no experience about sailing, but my suspicions (and more) were confirmed after glancing at several topics on IMDB.

If you loved national treasure you would really like this if you havent seen it.
