i am the complete opposite. i cant do stinky cheeses. Iimburger? no way. perhaps im a typical american w/ my tastes in cheeses

I'm full on American and I used to think stinky cheese was disgusting. Then, one day in my mid-20s, I tried some blue cheese from that Danish company with a cracker and some wine. It was one of the best experiences in my life. Been hooked on it, but that stuff is expensive so only every once in awhile do I indulge.

I had a roommate once come in with a friend when I was eating the stuff. They kept talking about how it smelled like something had died in the room. We were looking all over the room for a dead mouse or something (I was helping them) when my roommate figured it out it was my cheese.

My mum once bought some Danish blue cheese from the local store, and boy, it was the smelliest cheese I have ever smelled. Needless to say, I refused to eat it.
