ashpowell Posted April 10, 2015 Share Posted April 10, 2015 Hi, Wondered if anyone else has the same problem or knows how to sort it.. Basically I have the 5k iMac and ever since I've had it, I've had the problem. The Preview app doesn't seem to display large images, it shows them correctly for a second or so but then distorts it like below. The image shows fine in all other programs and on my normal mac display (no retina). Any idea what's causing it or how to fix? Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SuperKid Posted April 18, 2015 Share Posted April 18, 2015 It may be a graphics issue with the high resolution retina display, your best bet is to contact Apple about it. Yeah I did install that thinking it would fix it but no luck.. My computer didn't freeze just distorts the image. Gonna email support as you said SuperKid when I can be bothered..
