This is AWESOME, but I hope it'll run on something other than another relabelled Gamebryo engine. The community has spent the better part of three years fixing up CreationKit in Skyrim.

Anyway, whichever way they go, so long as there's extensive mod support, I'm SUPER EXCITED.

(3...2...1... Fallout base-building game for mobile.)

I just hope they go back to an Urban setting rather than the Nevada desert. I'm not sure why but I got much more fun out of running around D.C.

FO:NV was made by Obsidian Entertainment, I'm not sure how much involvement Bethesda had with that game. However, loads of people loved the setting, but I'm hoping for a mix of the two. Massive cities and massive wastelands.

Oh cool, thanks for the info. I either forgot about that or it passed me by. I agree that a mix would be awesome, but I think Fallout 3 did a great job of having D.C. as the urban environment while still offering wide open expanses. Like I said, I can't really place my finger on why I preferred Fallout 3 over NV.

Same here, the locations in 3 were far more interesting than NV.

One thing I hope they have learned is that while they are great at producing a story, location art etc they are utterly incompetent when it comes to code and outsource this part or hire in some competent developers if not we will have 6+months of constant bugs and not the radioactive kind.

PA system failure has occured.

Shutdown of the Masterbrain has been authorized and all sensitive materials have been removed for security purposes.

Please attempt re-access. Have a pleasant day

This is hiding in the page source code,  might just be something random or possibly a clue..

As long as the game is as full of lore and places to go as NV then I don't care where its set. just give me my exploration fix. D:

Pretty much this. After how big of a flop ESO is/was hopefully they got that out of their system.

I hope so. I just want a fun engaging game with fun gameplay that I can enjoy for 20 - 60 hours at most unless it is really really good. MMO are not that. They can't be. They don't want to be the game you are currently playing, MMOs want to be your whole damn hobby. That's a lot to ask from me.

Well the problem, at least with ESO, is that they couldn't even get basic mmo mechanics down. Like the ability to do quests with your party members. It was and still is a sad, broken, miserable shell of an mmo.

When you can't even get questing down right you should know that maybe mmo's aren't your thing.

That being said, I agree with you. I just don't have the attention span to sink hundreds of hours into an mmo anymore.

It has to be FO4, doesn't it? It's a much loved franchise so I imagine it was always a matter of when we were getting another one, not if.

If it is some mobile bull.... or as Shad said an effin' MMO I am going to catch a plane to the U.S. drive up to their HQ in Maryland and hit them all in the head with a hammer.

    • Password Safe 3.72.0 by Razvan Serea Password Safe is a password database utility. Like many other such products, commercial and otherwise, it stores your passwords in an encrypted file, allowing you to remember only one password (the "safe combination"), instead of all the username/password combinations that you use. Once stored, your user names and passwords are just a few clicks away. Using Password Safe you can organize your passwords using your own customizable references—for example, by user ID, category, web site, or location. You can choose to store all your passwords in a single encrypted master password list (an encrypted password database), or use multiple databases to further organize your passwords (work and home, for example). And with its intuitive interface you will be up and running in minutes. PasswordSafe was originally designed by the renowned security technologist Bruce Schneier and released as a free utility application. Password Safe 3.72.0 changelog: Fixed bugs Improved font scale handling - should resolve font size issues on high resolution displays. GH1749 In the Master Password Setup window, "Show Master Password" is no longer truncated on some displays. GH1092, SF1595 Size and position of main window is now correctly restored on scaled displays. SF1630 Keep password expiry date when both password and password expiry are changed; don't clear a non-recurring expiry when the password's changed. SF1628 Custom values can now be copied to the clipboard in read-only mode via Ctrl-C and right-click->Copy Value. New features GH1196 Dark display mode support: Password Safe now supports the system display mode, as well as setting the mode directly via Manage->Options->Display->Display Mode. This change also updates the general "look & feel" of the app to the current Windows theme. Known limitations: The Date picker and keyboard shortcut controls do not switch to dark theme The Customize Toolbar dialog does not switch to dark theme Custom Field support has been added to the more advanced features: Filters XML and Text import and export Comparison, Sync and Merge databases SF938 Custom field values may now be selected by name and copied via a "Copy Custom Field Value..." submenu in the entry context popup menu. SF936 Notes and Custom fields layout now overlap, selectable by tabs, resulting in a more compact and less cluttered layout. SF935 Autotype: Specifying '\v{name}' in the autotype text will cause the corresponding value to be autotyped. • I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....
