outlook Outlook 2013 and HTML signatures

I'm trying to import an HTML signature into Outlook 2013. The images get broken. I've tried uploading the image files to a public Dropbox folder and using absolute links inside HTML, and I've also tried uploading the images to my own server.

Have you changed the automatic image download settings at all? I think images aren't set to display by default. I dunno, I'm probably throwing a outside curve ball, but can't think of any other reason for the images not to display.
