Hello everyone!

I just joined Neowin because I saw that you have a forum made for the soul purpose of Windows 10 feedback and mutual help regarding Windows 10.

As the title of this topic says my current problem with Windows 10.

I use a dial-up connection and everytime I try to connect to the Internet using the access point I get an error 720 saying : " A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network setting for this connection. "

I searched for a solution around the web and I tried lots of things so far yet none of them worked.  :/  :(

I would really appreciate some help regarding this annoying error.  :pinch:

Before I upgraded to Windows 10 I used Windows 7 and there it worked like a charm, no problems at all.... :(

This is a screenshot of my network adapters and miniports for future notice :

So, do you actually have a dial up modem in your laptop? Like are you wired directly from your computer to a phone jack? If not, then I assume you are using a wireless access point which is connected to a modem which connects to your phone line.. which would be a DSL Line.    We need to know how your connection is actually set up.
