Family Safety - Time Limits problem

Hi everybody,

 

I have Windows 10 build 10162 and can't block a child from login to PC

 

Here are steps I took:

 

- Added child to family

- The child accepts invitation

- Allow the child to PC

- Login child to PC (with his email), then logoff PC, reboot PC

- START > Settings > Accounts > Family & other users >  Manage family settings online > click on the child > Screen Time > Time Limits

 

Non of the time limits combinations worked to block a child from login.

 

Any idea how to make it work?
