Wow. :blink: Than I wonder how some other themes based off of other stuff around here succeeded when I know permissions weren't always asked. They were just done and no one complained. :wacko:

If you are refering to linux and longhorn stuff that's all open source anyone can create it. If you mean there are themes that people moded against others wishes that should be reported as it's against board rules.

This is hilarious, there's about 15 pages with a bunch of guys ogling at a freakin VISUAL STYLE like they should be ogling at a GIRL, and as soon as someone says something that MAY just cross the authors just a TEENY bit, they try and kiss their feet. Sit back in your chair, realize you're spending more time posting on the forums than you are with your loved ones, and then realize that you can wait for a freakin visual style.

At first I didn't understand why the continuing wait on the theme with it being finished. I wasn't saying I see themes modded against author's wishes. I meant that I didn't expect them to ask for permissions on original works if it's based off of operating systems or whatever else. So I didn't see a point with Winamp.

Well said. I didn't post before because I feared that I would get banned for what I was going to tell these guys to do. You guys don't care we know but quite frankly we don't care what you think.

As to you Trunten I think that this classifies as any other style would. Someone created a style for Winamp and to elaborate on it you must have permission. It's a common curtiousy amongst themers.

Perhaps maybe this is just me, but while the style is good, I'd prefer one that matches the WA5 skin exactly. This means, centered titles in the title bars and the line that goes across the middle of the titlebar.

This Winamp Style seems to add some of the artist's own flair into it, and if you're making a visual style that imitates another skin, interface, or OS, creativity should not be the name of the game. The skin should be the best attempt to match the appearance of whatever you're trying to imitate.

The skin itself is nice, and does look a lot like Winamp 5. However, it does not look exactly like Winamp 5, which is what I would expect from this kind of visual style. I would go on, with other things I feel are at fault, but I doubt it would be appreciated or taken into consideration. My two cents. .

how about u try making a skin its not as easy as you think. im pritty sure you cant make the line exactly like winmps because if the title is bigger than "winamp" it will overlapp the lines and look ugly

just so everyone knows, it is possible that nullsoft has exclusive rights to some of the graphics contained in this vs, so keep your fingers crossed about a release...

      Microsoft releases Visual Studio Code 1.124 with smarter autonomous AI agents by Paul Hill Microsoft has just released Visual Studio Code 1.124 with a focus on faster agent workflows and improved agent autonomy. Microsoft outlined the following features as the key items in this update: Autopilot: Autopilot, enabled by default, is now smarter to determine when a task is truly done. Background sessions: Quickly send a request in the background and keep composing the next session. Session navigation: Search, jump, and step through agent sessions with the keyboard. Browser history: Revisit and search pages you've already opened in the integrated browser. With VS Code 1.124, Microsoft has enabled Autopilot by default. For those that don’t know, Autopilot is a chat permission level that you can pick to give agents permission to take initiative and act autonomously, without needing explicit user approval for each action. Also related to Autopilot, Microsoft introduced Advanced Autopilot, which changes how Autopilot decides when to keep iterating and when to finish. This helps you get more complete results without manually monitoring loops. This feature works using a small utility model that reads a transcript of the chat and decides when the task is done. Another new feature in 1.124 is the Agents window, which lets you easily explore, iterate on, and review agent sessions across projects and machines. Previously, starting a new agent session meant waiting for it to load before you could compose the next one. With this update, sessions can be requested in the background. This VS Code update also brings session navigation updates to switch between them more quickly. If you use the integrated browser in VS Code, you will notice that it now retains the history of visited pages.       I am also on latest experimental with possible insider flags on and aiming in settings for 26h1.. Also see just this wasted space. I do love "movable" small taskbar though but would love more if it had date next to it now just time.

      Does not make it more readable for me though. The majority of your screenshot is just pitch black.
