Edge browser not remembering screen position

How do you make edge window remember it's position after closing it? Or is that a bug?

i think it is by design, you will notice the same thing when opening the explorer, it has been the same in the preview builds, I hate it.

Actually, Explorer stays where I put it.

If that is by design, than... I just don't know what to say.

Interesting I will have to check next time I am on that PC as it always bugged me to hell and back with it moving a few mm every time it got opened.
