OK I'm sure you're reading this and are pretty annoyed at the responses here Alex, but by posting the conversation online and her picture online you pretty much destroyed any chance of her going out with you. There's things you share on a forum, and there's things you don't. This is something you shouldn't even discuss with HER online, it should be a face-to-face thing.

I know it's harsh but admit you made a mistake, move on and try and get your life back on track. I wish you the best of luck.

OK so I was a bit harsh. Look, you can always talk to me about these sorta problems but not in public forums. Just isn't right! It's invading her privacy. A couple of weeks ago I had the same problem but I talked about her face-2-face and it worked out pretty good. I have hope again ;) I know she loves me deep down in her heart but at the moment she has other things to take care of and I help her with that.

Alex, I'm fine with you posting about your problems on the internet because...well it's easier to talk about things on the net than in person, I know, but PLEASE take a page out of Fusion's book. He knows what he's talking about. I should know, I'm a girl, and I'm not much older than you. The way you're going about things is totally wrong. First of all, DON'T BS. Don't tell girls stupid compliments like "you've hit the limit on being skinny" and "you're perfect." She knows that first one isn't true; she isn't blind..and no one is perfect, as Fusion said. In the conversations you have with girls you make yourself look desperate - big no. I don't mean you should act like an arrogant ass, but at least have a little confidence! Don't act too nonchalant, or too interested - it's a delicate balance. Finally, sorry but you can tell that she's not very interested in being more than friends with you mate. Get over it. I know it might seem difficult because it's hard to just stop liking someone, but just be glad that she's still friends with you. There are a LOT of other girls out there. Good luck. :)
