expphoto Posted September 17, 2015 Share Posted September 17, 2015 We use a ticketing system. The system kicks out emails, New Ticket, Agent Reply, User Reply. There's gotta be a better way to keep up rather than reading EVERY single fking email. What are your thoughts? How do you does your team keep up with each other, if at all?
