Reporting Chrome Bugs on Windows 10

Hey people of the internet!!!

If you haven't updated to the new Chrome version that got released in September, please do so! A lot of the issues with Windows 10 were resolved in that update.

If you are all updated and you tried Gary Gurnicz's and edward.devine1's fixes, then please file a bug with the Chrome team and leave all the info the bug sheet asks you to fill out with the exact error you're seeing so they can determine if it is a bug or if it has something to do with your extensions and plugins.

Make the title 'Google Chrome not working on Windows 10' and post the link to the bug you've filed on this thread so others can post to it as well. Check back on the bug for updates.

Let's post the info so this gets fixed peeps!!
