I used gpedit.msc (type in Run, then under Admin Templates - Start Menu and Taskbar) to remove start menu items, then reshacked explorer.exe to rename to shut down text to a shorter length. Then created folders for the apps and created shortcuts.

Not sure how long Blackbox will last as it doesnt seem too user friendly, but I'll give it a try for a while.
