Hi there. Does anyone know how to remove *these suggestions?

*All of them, except the last one.

I've never used them and I don't know how to remove them.
Could be possible something like this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/pix/archive/2008/03/21/how-to-clear-tag-suggestions.aspx ?
