Cpanel issues

Hi,

I am able to login to cpanel but it seems that no graphics load or css is loading and whenever I click on a link I have to login again.

My ISP says that cpanel is 100% on their side. I have tried logging in with my plugins disabled and I have used a browser that has no plugins installed.

Any ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it?

Hi,

 

When trying to log-in to it, what do you see if you do right-click > Inspect Element > Console?

 

Any errors being displayed in the console?
