2nd eBay. Most listings are from China with free international delivery. Either an OEM looking thing or one that simply does the job.

I got my replacement charger at Best Buy.   The cord broke, and I needed one asap.  It's not "cheap" but for a real apple charger, I felt better getting it there than on Amazon from another company.

Official or brick and mortar store. Cables made by other manufacturers have been known to malfunction .
