skype Is anyone else having issues with Skype on Xbox One?

I've always found Skype on Xbox One to be quite... irritating at times. But since the NXOE update, it is terrible, and really lowers the bar in terms of quality for Microsoft, in my opinion.

 

To even get Skype to launch and sign me in, I have to restart my console entirely after each use - otherwise the Skype app will be stuck on its splash screen, and won't begin the sign-in process.

 

Other times, the app will sign me in, then sign me out, and keep repeating, until again, I restart the console.

 

Another issue is - I click to open the app, nothing happens, 5 minutes later I get a pop-up message saying Skype took too long to start.

 

Anybody else facing similar issues?
