MikeChipshop Member Posted January 2, 2016 Member Share Posted January 2, 2016 Have you tried actually phoning them? Or live chat? Can you not access the account? Could just be a scam email?

+Raze Subscriber² Posted January 5, 2016 Subscriber² Share Posted January 5, 2016 Wait you can't login, but can change your password? Nope, I use Amazon extensively and you have to login to change anything. And I'm concerned about your claim of contacting them by phone, they have always resolved any issue I've had, though there have only been a couple. And live chat has given me credits on items purchased when there was a price decline. Their customer service is the best I have experienced. exotoxic
Why would scammers send the user to a legitimate amazon url that contains a fax number and ask them to send a fax to it??
