Both are deserving of the award, dont get me wrong. But I would give it to Peyton, just on the amount of games he played. McNair missed 3 (I think). Both put up great numbers, but Peyton played in all 16 games.

I know what you're saying but McNair had great stats, missed 3 games and barely practiced. He had a great year and with his lack of weapons to throw to he deserved some props.

Absolutly, I agree with what you are saying. I just think that the amount of games played should have some sort of influence in the final decision. If McNair played in all the games, I would understand the idea of having the co-MVP's. But he didnt...and I think it should be Peyton's. Thats all.

of course is an influence, but also it counts the importance of the player in the team, thats why McNairs eraned it, like it was said early, their team got the same record with less material other than the one that McNair aport

ties suck. thats like in kindergarten when the teacher makes everyone play a stupid game like the quiet game and then in the end says "everyone wins" and no one gets a prize. thats bs.

the nfl should have an afc and nfc mvp though, baseball has it right.

I think saint dark is right. It did play a role. I think he won because he played less games. Consider the stats of him and his team with the fact he missed games. Imagine if he hadn't what they'd have done. That's my opinion of why he won.

Edit: I disagree with Catnip. I would rather one winner period. This case was an exception but generally two winners is dumb when one played better than the winner in the other conference or whatever. What if the second place guy in the AL was better than the winner in the NL. That's retarded just like Bug Selig.

but they won without him, pretty easily

Brady was #3 in voting for MVP but was snubbed from the Pro Bowl. Talk about inconsistancy :)

I don't think Brady is even the MVP of his own team anyway. They are a defensive squad and their stars shine on defense: Rodney Harrison, Ty Law, Richard Seymour, Tedy Bruschi, Tyrone Poole.

One more thing: Where were Donavan McNabb's votes?

I see Catnip's got issues dating back to kindergarten. :D

yeah, i poured so much effort into the quiet game one time, whoever won got to be first in the lunch line. then she gave us that everyone wins excuse and made us line up alphabetically. i took the liberty of writing "I WIN" on the wall with crayons a few or 20 times. i got an office referral, but i think i made my point. ive never liked ties.

Now that you shared, according to psychologists, you should feel better.

Damn dude. Lucky you weren't older and went balistic on your teacher. I think Boog is right though. Does that feel better? :p

    • I disagree. Boomer execs only want one thing; money money money. The original fans of the series want a specific reboot that focuses on the vibe and feel of the original series. Boomers don't want that because then they can't have a 8 to 9 figure return. This was canceled because of greed.
    • Meta rolls out Meta Business Agent globally on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger by David Uzondu Image via Meta Meta is expanding Meta Business Agent, a feature that the social media giant promises will help businesses deliver "personalized experiences for customers using AI," launching the tech globally. Before this global release, Meta Business Agent used to be a free test called "Business AI" during a testing phase that started in October 2024. Meta picked India, Mexico, and Brazil to test the software, gathering data from over one million active shops that used the chat tools. The agent works on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger, helping shops answer customer questions, check incoming leads, book appointments, and recommend products from a catalog. Meta said that the business agent can match your brand's unique tone when speaking to customers, and that it plans to improve the feature to handle "daily operations" like market research, product insights, calendars, and rival research. Soon, users will find these AI-supported shops easily by typing names in the WhatsApp search bar. Image via Meta Apart from the Business Agent, Meta is also introducing the Meta Business Agent Platform, a new agentic platform that provides the infrastructure needed to build, customize, and run virtual helpers at scale. With the Platform, companies link their bots to services like Shopify, Zendesk, and Shopee using firm-level controls, guardrails, and metrics to define strict rules. This setup lets coders build custom behaviors, keeping customers happy with direct answers. Speaking of agents, you might have heard that hackers recently broke into Instagram accounts by simply asking the Meta AI support assistant on the mobile app to hand over control. You can check out our coverage on that here.
    • Transmission 4.1.2 by Razvan Serea Transmission is a fast, easy-to-use bittorrent client with support for encryption, a web interface, peer exchange, magnet links, DHT, µTP, UPnP and NAT-PMP port forwarding, webseed support, watch directories, tracker editing, global and per-torrent speed limits, and more. Transmission has one of the lowest memory & resource footprints of any major BitTorrent client. Transmission's light overhead is one reason why it is so well suited for home NAS and media servers. Having been used by Western Digital, Zyxel and Belkin, Transmission gives truly impressive performance on almost any compatible hardware. Transmission is an open source, volunteer-based project. Unlike some BitTorrent clients, Transmission doesn't play games with its users to make money. Transmission doesn't bundle toolbars, pop-up ads, flash ads, twitter tools, or anything else. It doesn't hold some features back for a payware version. Its source code is available for anyone to review. Transmission doesn't track users, the website and forums have no third-party ads or analytics. Transmission 4.1.2 changelog: This is Transmission 4.1.2, a bugfix release. (#8722) Fixed a 4.1.0 bug that prevented TCP peer connections on some systems. (#8748) Added safeguards to HTTP responses to prevent clickjacking. (#8749) Fixed edge case that didn't preserve the order of a batch of torrents when moving their queue position up or down.
