Linksys X3000 Router Constant droping of adsl connection

Hola last couple of days my router has been dropping my adsl connection alot more than i would normally expect and they sync speeds are basically in half now pretty much all the logs show me is this

 

 

 

ADSL link down 69
-> down-disconnected state! 83
-> detecting state! 75

-> RJ11 Training state! 79
Clear IP addresses. PPP connection DOWN. 91
PPP Clear IP addresses. Connection DOWN. 91
PPP LCP DOWN. 63

anyone happen to know what the fudge it means
