This is an instrumental they played during Halloween this last year rumored to be an excerpt from their new lp. 

 

I like the first comment in the video:   Tool made a deal with Valve, the album and Half Life 3 will be released together 1 year after forever.

 

Also they are doing a tour with Primus this year, right now in the southern US. Wish I lived in the south..
