Cookie Cleaning Application, any suggestions?

So, I know I can write my own .bat file and convert it to .exe or something similar.

 

But I am looking for a simple utility that you can launch and it will detect any installed browsers, and just simply select the browsers you would like to delete all cookies for. Something that also can be launched from the command line with switches would be nice also. 

 

I know CCleaner can do this as well, I might go that route but before I do, seeing if anyone has a suggestion.

EDIT: This might work... but it installs into an obscure folder path under AppData, moved it and it still works after uninstall. So this may do it.
