I Guess you want somethign like there used to be FF addons for back int he day when people used it(probably still is). Chrome(and soon FF) however doesn't allow control of the GUI/Chrome to addons so they can't really do that progress bare in/behind the adress bar thing.

      Most of the sellers are selling under a business name, and you can't jail a business. The best option would be to blanket ban brick chargers and regulate fixed PD faceplates for wall as a spur from existing sockets. That way they'd be checked with during during an EICR.
