And they are showing the next DLC for The Division (which will hit XB ONE first).

so we'll defintely see Scorpio. Cant wait. Guess it makes sense as to why we didn't really get much for the Xbox S

Nah you won't see it IMO, just an acknowledgement they're planning something for next year.
