Question
KaoDome
Hi, I'm looking to setup a laptop I have laying around with an insider build of Windows 10. For insider builds you're required to run with at least one Microsoft account, but upon converting my local account (or starting anew with a Microsoft account already) all of the settings I had previously synced get downloaded and set in that machine as well.
I know it's possible to disable sync after you have the account set up and all but I'd rather have all settings to their defaults since the last time I used an insider build was more or less half a year ago already.
Is it even possible? I looked around and found mostly dead ends, there was a page for Windows 8 in OneDrive where you could supposedly delete synced data if you had it disabled first or something but it's showing nothing for me there. And I don't have access to the previous machines were I had my data synced since some were virtual machines that just got deleted at some point.
