+JHBrown Subscriber¹ Posted August 24, 2016 Subscriber¹ Share Posted August 24, 2016 I have a Lumia 650 in order to keep up with Windows Phone. I just got home, and went over to play with the phone. I had a notification that "updates" were installed. I am not sure what what updates, however, now every Tile is blank, and when I try to click on any of them, they automatically close. I powered off the phone, turned it back on, same problem. I can't even get into the Settings menu, as that crashes also. Any advice? Any idea what update was installed today? Looks like build 10.0.14393.67 was installed. Phone is still inoperable. Would hate to do a factory restore because of this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
