Mindovermaster Moderator Posted September 13, 2016 Moderator Share Posted September 13, 2016 I can't find it for the life of me. There was a project that made a Live-CD for Arch. Not like Archbang, but with no special installer.

Anibal P
Chakra was also an Arch derivative, seems to have veered into a modified rolling/stable thing There's Manjaro, and Antergos (live CD)

Thank you.... Must've missed that... Manjaro and Antergos isn't a true Arch, though. It's just based off it. Like how Ubuntu is based off Debian (from how I understand)
Mindovermaster Moderator Posted September 17, 2016 Author Moderator Share Posted September 17, 2016 One more question, what do you use to switch your WM? Cause I installed XFCE, and XFWM (or whatever the default XFCE one is) I try logging out of OpenBox, but it automatically goes back to it. Back with Debian, I remember there was a way to set this. Can't remember. BTW, I forgot to change the mirrorlist.. oops... Changed that and did a -Syy...
Boo Berry
If you're looking to install Arch and want to avoid "the Arch way", Arch Anywhere is a good alternative.

I already installed Arch.. So that is irrelevant. I'm trying to learn Arch here. Anyone else have suggestions?

Mindovermaster Moderator Posted September 17, 2016 Author Moderator Share Posted September 17, 2016 I tried that. I doesn't start exwm4 up directly. It just goes into openbox. I tried logging out, restarting, no dice.
