First noticed a couple days ago.  Hovering the cursor over a user's name gets this message.  Tried Chrome and FF.

I get that it an info popup. I think there is an adjustment in the CP/notifications section.

How would this be a notification issue?  Normally when I hover on a users name, I can view activity/what forum they are in.

Hard coded links to end points that are not https is likely the problem. All sorts of issues have popped up since they enforced https. For https to work correctly, it needs to be end to end.
