Steam games and 'Region Lock'

 I am seeing allot of cheap keys for the new and upcoming games from sites like cdkeys.com, but most of the time they are locked to the Europe region. If I were to buy one of those, is there anyway to install and play the game in the US? Or do I have to have a region free code?

If you buy one of those keys and try to use it while outside the EU or wherever it will not work. You could try using a VPN to get the key to work but I wouldn't risk it.

Do not use a VPN to activate a region locked key. It's against Steam's T&Cs:
