Tapatalk enabled for the forums (and RSS)

We have just published Neowin on Tapatalk again, and included our main news feed in our site settings too. This follows the forum upgrade that happened today.

Disable signature (among other things) is now a paid option of $5 a month. If there are enough users to warrant such a cost, I'll do it

Yeah thats the minimum tier of 5, 10 and 15 per month.. so I won't be doing it for just a few users. Monetization is enabled on it too, so basically if I can earn it back I will do it

It would only be $60 a year for it to be removed? Come on now, Neowin surely has enough money flowing in to do something nice for their users.

Trust me, it isn't easy and I can't justify spending money on untested services.

I can live with the "Sent by Tapatalk"

Thanks to help from @DocM I have disabled accounts getting automatically added and verified by the Tapatalk app and also the Smart App Banner ad.

 

Allowing the app to auto-register Neowin accounts uses the email address as username if you didn't set one in Tapatalk, which is a privacy concern.
