Elliot B.
I've noticed that if I password-protect a zip/rar, you can still view the directory structure and file names. Is it possible to not even be able to see this without entering the password?
0 KiHu
If you use WinRAR there is a checkbox to check in order to make the directory contents not visible goretsky 1 Share
0 Slugsie
I don't think you can do that directly with a .ZIP file. Like WinRAR (for .RAR files I think, don't have WinRAR on this PC to check)), 7Zip has such an option for .7z files. You could however double ZIP the files. Put all the files into a ZIP file, then ZIP and Encrypt the ZIP file. goretsky 1 Share
0 JakeB
You could allways rename the filename.zip to filename.SSS. That would remove the association wiht PKzip or whatever zip program your using.
