Languages and keyboard layouts

I use a multilingual computer. I switch between  English and Spanish. I created my own version of the US International keyboard layout. The problem is that when I installed the Spanish language pack. I'm forced to keep the España keyboard even though I have no plans whatsoever to use it. What's also even more annoying is that when I am using the Spanish language. It defaults to the Spanish keyboard layout even though I've asked to have my US keyboard as default. I also have only my custom layout installed and removed the default English one, yet it still shows it in the screenshot below.

 

Is there anyway to get rid of these useless keyboard layouts except for mine?

Are you using Windows 10? If so, in the control panel under language there is an option to add and remove installed languages.
