Start Menu - App Folder Issue

I've noticed that when you have app folders on the start menu in the creators update, these can sometimes cause the other live tiles to get shifted around in the position they would be when the app folders are expanded. Although I can't replicate this 100% of the time, it seems to happen if an application is launched from the folders. There's also an issue when dragging apps since the creators update in that it sometimes takes a while for the system to register the icons being dragged.

 

Really weird this one, I've found that it happens across a wide range of computers.
