If this would have happened in a walk in store, one person would have got away with it until the cashier called the manager about the price mistake. You guys that are getting ****y over this .. you're just damn lame. Did you really expect the drive? You're basically asking for them to shell out a $150+ coupon for THOUSANDS of orders. Get some common sense over this.

And for you complete morons that are taking this to heart [legally], you're going to waste more time and money than you did by orgasming when you saw the price mistake. Get a clue, tools.

im w/ you guys on the regular 160GB drives...

i just checked it and its still PENDING.

If by tomorrow morning its still in the Pending status, im going to

give them a call and demand that they ship them asap!!

i'll just give them BS that im a system tech at a where i work, DishNetwork

and tell them they are for a company PC that needs the drives ASAP!!

i bet then they'll take me seriously and ship w/o question!!

Holy crap, I guess so. Both my orders were cancelled, but I still have the original confirmations. People, let me know if anyone actually receives the drives!

i got tired of waiting, i'm on the phone with them right now. my order for the 2 regular 160gig drives shows in process, and i have second day shipping on it. so far nothing bad from this lady but i am on hold so my fingers are crossed. i'm gonna throw a fit if they try to cancel it.

bad news, emails are going out this afternoon, all orders are going to be canceled as well. If your card has been charged, like me, it's be or is in the process of being refunded. so far, they aren't going to do anything like give us a discount coupon or anything but they might since i spent forever yelling at this lady's boss.

OK people? let?s talk basic business. Anyone who's been billed will likely end up with a credit or a refund. If not, you're sure to have a legal standing for litigation. uBid knows this, so stop acting like they did this on purpose. This is a headache for them, and no doubt they are waiting for the countless threats of lawsuits, ect. They made a mistake, and considering their long history of foul-ups, so did every last moron who tried to buy these harddrives at these clearly insane prices. Granted, I think uBid should go out of business, but not just for this. They should drop dead for their long history of errors just like this. Their customer service is non-existent. It?s clear the company has no idea of how to conduct itself, so it should do the world a favor and go away.

However, I am seriously amazed all the same. No really, you'd have to be a bonafide idiot to think that these were legitimate prices in the first place. This isn?t like it happened with Newegg. If that were the case, I would almost be able to understand the anger, but I would still take up for Newegg as errors are not common to them. Instead, this happened with a repeat offender. Please.. attempt to recognize the distinction. That?s like going to a sleazy used car dealer, buying a rust-bucket pile of garbage masquerading as a car, and then bitching when you have problems with it. What a stunning display of intelligence that must be. Now, some of Neowin?s members can always be counted on to pull some brainless posts devoid of any intelligence. While I wouldn?t call this thread a new low, it?s clearly gunning for that honor. Really now, how many of you actually thought you?d get away with this?? OMG that would be so funny, they are having them shipped to the business, so we will see, ill just look for them on teh shipping report.

Actually that's very much what the term "shipped" is supposed to mean. Means it left the warehouse or at very worst is sitting in the outgoing bay waiting for a truck, packed and everything.

(I worked in a warehouse packing stupid crap like gloves for one year in my first teenage years before becoming an evil network admin.)

      Mafia: The Old Country expansion Man of Honor announced, brings back Salieri from original by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe During Summer Game Fest, 2K and Hanger 13 brought out a new Mafia: The Old Country trailer, revealing the game's first expansion. Named Man of Honor, this is slated to add two new chapters to the Enzo storyline that the game follows. There is an iconic character returning to the series with this expansion, with players set to run into Ennio Salieri, the future Don of the Salieri crime family. Fans of the original Mafia, or its Definitive Edition remake, may remember that name as one of the biggest characters in the storyline. This expansion is set prior to his rise to being the kingpin in the City of Lost Heaven. "Set in Sicily during the winter of 1905, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable soldier of the Torrisi crime family in the months since his initiation," says the studio about the new chapters. "Now, the Don entrusts him and Cesare with a delicate assignment of assisting Ennio Salieri, a man of honor recently released from prison and intent on reclaiming what is his." Working at Salieri's side, players will be heading into fresh environments as they return to the role of Enzo as a high-ranking soldato. The studio also promises brand-new weapons, fresh vehicles, and charms to collect in this expansion. Moreover, the expansion will add new content to the updated Free Ride mode. Alongside new collectibles and locations, this will add more challenges to beat alongside Salieri, which are described as runs that will "test the skills of even the most elite mafiosi." The Mafia: The Old Country Man of Honor story expansion will release on August 14, 2026, across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It will cost $10 for owners of the base game to jump into.

      Telltale returns with The Wolf Among Us, re-revealing the sequel and a new remaster by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Telltale Games, the studio known for its episodic games from the 2000s, had a surprise appearance at the Summer Game Fest showcase today. The studio has gone through a collapse, an acquisition, and a revival but has largely gone silent in recent years. Today's sudden announcement was for the popular The Wolf Among Us series, with news about the sequel and a remaster dropping. Set after the events of the 2013-released title, the sequel will bring back Biby Wolf for a new adventure in Fabletown. This town of fairy tale characters is becoming unstable, with Snow White not being able to keep order as before. "When a brutal series of crimes threatens to fracture the fragile balance holding Fabletown together, Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, finds himself drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that reaches deep into the city’s criminal underworld," says the studio. "As suspicion spreads across the city and powerful forces work against him, Bigby must uncover the truth and decide what kind of sheriff - and what kind of wolf - he is willing to become." At the same time, Telltale also announced The Wolf Among Us Remastered, bringing back the classic with a fresh coat of paint. This will include all five episodes from the original game plus over an hour of extra content that will offer behind-the-scenes videos, cast interviews, image galleries, and deleted scenes. The remaster will also have updated visuals and improved UI elements and accessibility features, alongside upgrades to the animations, audio, and frame rates.       I use a Linux laptop every day. I have tried to switch to Linux on my gaming PC which has a 5070 ti. It was not a great experience
