microsoft word edit issue

Here is a part of  a Microsoft word document. I'm editing this document

 

I'm trying move the text to the right ....but its not moving.  Could you please tell how we can move it ?

I'm trying to move the text to right so that it stays with same margin  with the above line.

Move the cursor to the end of the line you want to align the new line with and hold SHIFT and press ENTER. This inserts a line break within the current bullet (and as such, will be aligned with the line above).

Here is something funny.  In trying to align things properly in Word (for my resume)  - I have fallen into a habit of always holding shift, when pressing ENTER.
