it looks complex.

Can anyone please explain simpler words .

If you are renting your house to a single tenant you will get less money than if you tear down the house and build a 200 unit apartment building where you can rent out the same area of real estate to 200 people.

If you are a really stupid teacher of computer stuff, you like to steal "business" and "management goobledegook" words to trick people that you are providing simple non-technical explanations when you really only care about making it all so mysterious that you have job security.

A bicycle is hardware. If you are the only user of that bicycle, you have single tenant hardware.

Already a real estate term is starting to sound really really stupid when applied to a bicycle.

If you want to reach a new achievement in processing thoughts without having any neurons available to do so, then you can apply that real estate terminology to computers.

But really, I hope the person using that term, gets onto his single tenant bicycle and pedals off to his single tenant house in Antarctica.

    • Onwards to Windows 12 then lol.
    • There is a long thread (128pgs and counting) that I've been following over at ElevenForums that has a method for updating Secure Boot even if there is no BIOS upgrade. I've used this method and had zero issues. NOTE:  I do not take any responsibility if this or any other Secure Boot method bricks your system -- YMMV!  Read carefully before using!
    • Yes, yes, YES, thank you AMD. Now display audio, night light, cleartype, etc, all work again.
