How to fix Code 10 - Teredo Tunneling device?

Hi, I got error code 10 in my Win 7 Teredo Tunneling device, how to fix it?

When the device fails to encounter the teredo tunneling-interface, the error code 10 would appear. You can either try uninstalling the teredo tunneling pseudo-interface adapter and downloading it afresh and then installing it or you else you can go for change the registered value for teredo interface. Simply, open RUN through Windows+R buttons, enter regedit, tap OK to activate registry editor. Now, in registry editor, choose parameters therein choose disabled components to change the value to 0 and finally hit OK. After that restart your PC. Thanks!
