App/software to send tempurature and other data from Computer to Android phone?

Anyone know of an app/program (for windows 7 and android smart phone) that will monitor tempurature (mainly), send load data etc from PC to a phone?

 

I came across one from Trigone, Remote System Monitor, which has a program and app, but wondering if there is anything else, rather not risk using something dodgy as the app has a low amount of downloads and the website doesn't look that professional.

Coretemp can do what you ask, i think the android clients called coretemp remote IIRC
