[OFFICIAL] Gaming Setups Thread (PC & Console)

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the officially supported Gamers Setup thread. In this thread you may post pics of your gaming area, be it PC, console or any combination of the two.

If you have posted in the Post your workstation thread, I encourage you to post again here. Please be mindful of our members on dial-up and try to keep the dimensions of the pic and the size of the file to a respectable size for 1024 x 768 viewers.

I will also ask that you link to images on your own space, as much as possible. If anyone posts multiple images using the Image Attach feature of the board, they may find their posts edited or deleted entirely.

Have fun.

Nice idea ;)

TV: Panasonic TX28DT40 100Hz Integrated Digital TV.

Xbox + GameCube.

Custom Built PC (it's only a compaq monitor :p)

Lexmark x1150 Printer/Flat-bed Scanner combi. (it was only ?60 lol)

Sorry about the bad pics, crappy camera>:

Not mine, someone else had it first. Don't remember who, though.

heh, I have that shelf (5th picture down), andrewfee  Ikea rules

Yeh, it's a cool shelf. I bought it because I thought it would be different, seems quite a few people have it, lol.

It's sad no one else has posted anything. I was real interested in this.

Yeah, it's a shame :(

I'm hoping it's just that no-one's noticed it, not lack of interest.

    • LOL. Can't even quote and edit a comment correctly. Figures you're a Linux user.
    • I have disabled it, but the app is still taking space. I have a Mac and it is only possible to disable Ai on that, but I think that bit does get rid of the AI components after a while. What we are told is that we agree to all this when we use the devices as it is in the end user agreements, their software, they can do what they like. I doubt that any bill will happen in the U.S, the government there are in league with big tech firms. The E.U maybe, they seem to have some guts when it comes to tech companies. The U.K is not in the E.U, but some things still affect us. Our government is as gutless when it comes to tech companies as the U.s government.

A major compiler is used for both x86/x64 and WoA64 architectures. This also means that all core libraries are re-compiled accordingly which required some changes in the build scripts. One of the core libraries (cURL) has been updated to address vulnerabilities and a nasty linker error that was causing the need for a dedicated patch which could now be eliminated.
