Instant gaming

I paid for two copies of Ghost Recon Wildlands. The first one can not be downloaded in Uplay, and the second wants me to send a picture of my credit card information. Is it safe to send?

Instant Gaming is not a reputable seller and you've got two failed purchases already. Do you really want to send your CC info to them?

 

I'd chargeback both sales ASAP.

Send a picture of the CC?  Oooof.  Red flag all the way.  Time to call the bank and try to get the first purchase disputed....or cut your losses.  Might not be a bad idea just to cancel the CC...if you've given out the numbers to them.
