Hiren Boot CD 15.2?

hello, i am trying to use the hiren boot cd 15.2 to remove a bios password on my laptop.  i followed the steps on doing it but i get the following error and don't know how to fix it:

with HP laptops, you keep trying to access the bios until it locks out, it should then give you a code, contact HP support with the code, an they will give you a reset code. this will clear the CMOS.

As @Mando said get it to lock you out and it will generate a code. You can try this website if you dont want to call, its worked for me https://bios-pw.org/
