Email question

Hi, I have 2 different email accounts set up on my phone set up to receive emails every 5 mins. Should i be receiving email within that time or could something slow it down?

Email will check every 5 min for new messages.  If you do not get an email within that time, you will not be notified.   I would just send yourself an email, wait 5 min, and see if you get notified.
